We are currently seeking to strengthen our powder coating department with a:

Powder Coater / Coating Process Technician (m/f/d) – Full-time, Day Shift

Suckow & Fischer Systeme is a leading manufacturer of metal constructions for architectural applications. Serving a global clientele, we specialize in high-end, customized solutions. Our expertise lies in the fabrication of fine sheet metal (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) and the engineering of complex ceiling systems. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing site features CNC bending, laser-cutting, punching, an in-house powder coating facility, and a welding department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coating metal parts using powder coating processes.

  • Pre- and post-processing of workpieces (cleaning, masking, loading, and unloading).

  • Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the powder coating system.

  • Color changes and adjustment of coating parameters.

  • Visual and quality inspections of coated parts.

  • General maintenance and routine cleaning of the equipment.

  • Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Documentation of production and quality data.

  • Proper handling of materials, tools, and machinery.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a Process Technician for Coating Technology, Industrial Painter, or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience in handling coating systems and powder coatings.

  • Technical understanding of smooth powder coating processes.

  • Structured, solution-oriented, and diligent way of working, even with repetitive tasks.

  • Willingness to take responsibility for your own work area.

  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.

  • Resilience, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills.
