Production Assistant (m/f/d) Powder Coating – Full-time, 1-Shift Model.

Suckow & Fischer Systeme is an innovative developer and manufacturer of metal structures for ceiling and wall applications in the construction industry. We supply national and international customers and stand for tailor-made solutions. In addition to processing steel, aluminum, and stainless steel sheet metal, our core competencies include the development of technically sophisticated ceiling solutions. Our production facilities include press brakes, punching and laser systems, as well as our own powder coating line and welding shop.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the coating process
  • Pre- and post-processing of coated parts (cleaning, masking, loading, and unloading)
  • Packing and preparing coated parts for dispatch
  • Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment

Your Profile

  • Initial practical experience in powder coating, painting, or a production environment is required
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and diligent way of working, even with repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to take responsibility for your own work area
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Resilience, flexibility, and good organizational skills

  • Full-time position in a 1-shift model (4.5-day week: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Fri 6:00 AM – 12:15 PM, including breaks)
